These loupes are customized for each customer and you must send us your working distance (distance between you and the patient) and your near pupil distance ((looking the objects far from the working distance you want and then measure the pupil dsitance). in order for us to process and ship this item, You can aquire both of these statistics at any local glasses or optics store (small fee may be charged). As a custom item this product can not be returned or refund due to the incorrect working distance or pupil distance, but it comes with a 1 year warranty.This TTL Loupes come with RX insert,which can fix your eye if you are strong(over 200 or 2.25) near or far-sighted.
